All of our projects are aimed at creating an environmentally friendly, energy efficient community. Wind energy produces 27% more jobs per kilowatt-hour than coal plants. Advances in technology and increased experience have made wind power competitive with many traditional sources of electricity, especially when factoring in the high risk factor for traditional generation resources such as fuel volatility and future environmental regulation. Michigan's Wind Projects are an environmental alternative to fossil fuel use. Wind is renewable and can be used to generate electricity without emitting greenhouse gases and other pollutants. All of our sites chosen possesse an abundant wind resource above the 10 mph range at hub height. All of our sites shall not interfere with uses of the coast, such as recreation, commercial fishing, and nature preservation.
