".....the two month point, we have made 1400 kWh of energy . The Xzeres 442 on our 100 ft monopole has performed flawlessly. We can hear the turbine inside the house, but only if there is no radio , television or anyone talking. There have been no dead birds at the base. There have been deer grazing at the base. I have talked to our nearest neighbors, The Pawleys. They have no problems. The only time they hear it is if they are straining to hear it with no other background noise of any kind. Their television, telephone and radio communication has not been affected. Our noise continues to be traffic, especilly the big trucks. When I asked my daughter at Wayne State in Detroit ( 4th year) how could she function with all that traffic noise a few feet away. she said," Please, I don't even hear it".
